Our current plan for this Bronco is to give it a rebuilt 'matching numbers' 302 engine (a 302 crate engine) with a RV cam & customized crankshaft that will add 40-50LBS of torque to an already reliable 302 engine, which includes a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty from the engine builder, plus new FI Tech fuel injection system, and electronic ignition which will make it super reliable and more economical. It will have an MSD ignition and a Blaster 2 coil for maximum performance and reliability.

A NEW COYOTE ENGINE COULD BE INSTALLED FOR AN EXTRA $14,000.00. If we go with a stock 302 engine, it will get restored stock exhaust manifolds, a new single exhaust system correctly routed out behind rear tires, with either a "soft factory tone' or Flow Master exhaust system. If we go with a new Coyote engine set up, everything will be new with your choice of exhaust tone.

It will have a rebuilt 3 speed automatic transmission with a 6 month warranty (A FOUR SPEED AUTOMATIC COULD BE INSTALLED FOR AN EXTRA $3,500.00) along with a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case and all new running gear (AN ATLAS 2 TRANSFER CASE COULD BE ADDED FROR AN EXTRA $3,500.00).

It will come with a rebuilt Dana 44 front end & rebuilt Ford 9" rear end with new 4.11 gears and new axles, axle seals, new bearings & rebuilt drive shafts (A NEW CURRIE HEAVY DUTY FORD 9" REAR END COULD BE INSTALLED FOR AN EXTRA $2,500.00).

It will be getting new power steering & power disc brake systems (A NEW HYDRO BOOST BRAKE SYSTEM COULD BE INSTALLED FOR AN EXTRA $2,000.00). There will be Bilstien 2.5" lift shocks all around, all new suspension bushings, new 1" body bushings and new body bushing hardware. ***If we do a Coyote engine, a 2" body lift will be required.

The body is currently stripped down to the chassis. The frame has been sanded, prepped and is currently being painted satin black. The body now has factory Un-Cut fenders in front and in the back. The paint work will be two-stage PPG Nardo Gray non-metallic (From a 2017 Audi A8) paint with high quality clear coat, and will be done to a very high standard. It will have a stock steel hood with hood struts (as oppposed to a stock hood prop).

It will get all new steel fuel lines going down the frame, plus all new brake lines. The body will get all new stainless steel & grade 8 hardware throughout. Everything on this build will be new or rebuilt, and every part we install will be top-of-the-line.

The interior is will consist of new black, white or Almond Spice colored pleated vinyl Legend or stock seats in front with a folding rear seat with head rests or a factory rear seat, with a Linex interior bed liner OR painted-to-match floor pans. It will receive new black pleated vinyl door panels, rear side panels and a matching tailgate panel.

There will be a clean stock dash board with a stock heater system and a factory glove box. (A Tuffy locking glove box can be installed for an extra $350.00 installed).

There will be a Tuffy locking center console with a matching armrest pad on top, along with an Alpine CD bluetooth sound system in the center console with a set of Alpine C-5.25 (5 1/4") component speakers recessed into the rear side panels. (a second set of Alpine C-6.25 6.5" component speakers and a new Alpine PDX-4 100W amplifier can be added for an additional $1,250.00 installed). A new black under-seat RR sub woofer console with 12" woofer could be mounted under the factory rear seat with a 600W Alpine sub-amp for an additional $1,250.00 installed.

It will come with a Legend 4 point OR 6 point roll cage (powder coated black) with new black vinyl padding and wrapping, plus stainless steel turn-buckles (if you go with our 6 point roll cage) to insure that there will be no rattles when you take the top off between the windshield frame and the door window frames. New snap-in floor mats could be added for an additional $950 installed.

The bumpers will be chrome in front & in back. You can change out the bumpers if you want to, if you go with something different that will add to the price. The windshield & seal will be new, as will the new black soft top and the new black Safari top for when the top comes off.

(A restored hard top could be added for an extra $3,500.00) All door window felts and channels will be new, and the door inner latches and pulls will be rebuilt or new. It will be properly re-sealed throughout with all new door upper and lower seals, a new tailgate track and seal, plus all other related seals.

With the un-cut body, we can either go with 17x7” black smooth mag wheels with hub caps and BFG 285/70R17 All Terrain tires, OR we can go back to factory with 15x6" restored stock wheels and tires, along with factory hub caps. There will be a totally new electrical system with a new Centek wire harness and fuel injection harness.

Estimated price upon completion: $85,950.00
