We just got this 100% rust free California 2 owner 1966 Bronco with clean title, current tags, and a very straight body, and we're planning to take the restoration all the way! A close friend of ours started this restoration this year but has recently suffered some debilitating health issues which will not allow him to continue with the build.

We just ordered a new Marti Report for this Bronco, including brand new window sticker describing everything this Bronco came with from the factory, new VIN plate and correct mounting hardware to go inside of glove box, and new VIN sticker for inside of the drivers side door.

A lot of internal work has been done already, we plan to take over where he left off. This will be the LAST Restoration we have time to start for the remainder of 2017 (as we already have 8 Frame-Off Restorations in our queue, plus our 2018 Legend Bronco build, which is 70% completed already). We will not be taking any new orders this year, this will be the last Bronco we offer to custom build for Summer of 2018 delivery.

First, we will be installing new stock fenders, a new grill and a new tailgate, then we'll separate the body from the chassis and take it all apart to be sand blasted. Then we'll powder coat the entire body and the clean original '1966 chassis. This way we can see everything in light grey powder coat before the paint process begins.

This Bronco is amazingly rust-free and it's never been hit anywhere in it's long life in the high desert. The body is as straight as we've ever seen. The doors are in excellent condition. The hard top is super straight, with newer side-slider windows, plus (it will soon have) a new tinted rear window glass, plus all new seals.

It already has a rebuilt Ford 9" rear end with Detroit Locker, 4.56 gearing, a rebuilt Dana 44 front end with 4.56 gears and all new ball joints and new disc brakes, plus new 2.5" Soft-ride Bilstein shocks and new 1" body bushings.

The top, the body, the grill and the dash can be painted in your color choice, or we will choose our own color. There are a lot of new colors on new 2018 cars and trucks that are just coming out that nobody has painted on a Classic Ford Bronco yet, we will be choosing one of these new colors so nobody will have the same color that this Bronco will have. We could make it "stock height" with the first engine option (below) if someone wants a really clean stock looking Bronco. We can either install aluminum or 'smoked' body trim and grill trim, or no body or grill trim at all.

We are looking for a buyer who wants the best of everything. We can either install:

Option 1: A fuel injected Crate Ford 302 engine with 390HP, new custom stainless steel 'quiet' exhaust system, this will look like a stock engine with a round air cleaner and Ford ribbed Motorsport valve covers, mated to a 4R70W 4 speed automatic transmission, a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case with 30% larger output shaft (to handle the extra power of the crate engine) front and rear disc brakes, Hydro boost brake system.

OR Option 2: A Coyote Bronco with a new 430HP Coyote engine with a new 4 speed automatic, plus an Atlas 2 3.0 ratio transfer case, Hydro boost brake system, Wilwood 4 piston caliber front and rear disc brakes, plus all new "everything" including the paint color of your choice.

Both options will include new Air Conditioning system in-dash, a new black or chrome tilt steering column with your choice of a wooden steering wheel or a stock steering wheel, the roll cage or roll bar of your choice, the interior color and seating style of your choice, new RR pleated vinyl interior paneling, a fresh polyurea (Linex) interior bed liner with snap-in RR floor mats, you can have a new 7" bluetooth entertainment center in-dash or inside of a custom locking center console, with surround sound speakers throughout, or an Alpine CD stereo in the center console, plus a RR sub woofer system, 2 Alpine amplifiers, 6 speakers in the rear side panels, a brand new wire harness, chrome or billet dash controls, a new Dakota Digital speedometer OR restored factory looking Classic Instruments digital speedometer, plus a Tuffy locking glove box with matching armrest.

This amazing Bronco will come with custom Amp Research retractable power steps, strong LED head lights, tail lights and (either) chrome or billet aluminum headlamp and tail lamp rings. We can either install new chrome or powder coated white or black 'factory' bumpers, a match painted or powder coated Legend front bumper with a matching 'Rock Solid' rear bumper with swing out tire carrier and matching spare with rectangular LED reverse lights integrated into the rear bumper, OR any bumper combination you desire, plus new 17x7" white or black powder coated Retro wheels, 17"x7" Bead-lock wheels, or any wheels you can think up, plus new 285/65R17 or 305/65R17 BFG All Terrain tires, depending on how you want it to look.

There will be other choices that will need to be made, we are pretty much open to any thoughts you have at this point. All of this can be done by July of 2018 if you get your deposit in before December 1st, or around August of 2018 if we get a deposit after this date.

This will be among the highest quality Rocky Roads Broncos we've ever built upon completion. It can look like one we've already built in our restorations section, or we can build you something we haven't done yet. We can assure you this will be a top quality build no matter which choices we make. Please call Shaun Bryant at 310-293-7801 to discuss viewing a detailed proposal and pricing.

Estimated price upon completion: $149,000-$169,000 fully restored (depending on which engine/transmission combination you desire). Time frame est. 6-8 months from date of deposit.

This Bronco could be a "Coyote Bronco "Legend model if you can wait until mid to late 2018 to take delivery. ADD: $19,500.00 for new 12" Legend four-link coil over suspension system with dual-rate King Coil-over shocks, sway bars, and Ram power assisted steering for the smoothest ride possible on an early Bronco chassis. Time frame est. 10-12 months.
