This Un-Cut '74 Ranger package is now 100% complete. This vehicle was hand picked for RR restoration. After a complete interior/exterior tear down and underside pressure wash, it went straight to the body shop to get 2 new floor pans installed. At that point, it became a 100% rust free Vintage Bronco. This is very rare in the Vintage Bronco world.

This build has turned into a back-to-factory build, BUT with numerous upgrades like 4 wheel power disc brakes, 4 barrel carburetor and a 2.5" Rancho lift. We sent the original 302 engine out to be rebuilt (first rebuild on engine) and a new Holley 4 barrel carburetor and Ford intake manifold installed. We installed headers and new exhaust, electronic ignition & all new engine bay components like a new wiper/washer bottle, radiator overflow bottle, starter, 70 amp Ford alternator, new voltage regulator, Optima battery & all surrounding engine parts to make this truck brand new throughout the entire engine bay.

The underneath has been pressure washed, wire brush prepped, the tub fully undercoated and entire undercarriage blacked out in a high quality satin black finish that looks as it did when it was brand new. This restoration will be very close to a Frame-Off when completed. This Ranger package just received extensive body work, hours & hours of careful prep (& two new front fenders) to insure the 2-stage Vineyard Gold paint job came out looking fantastic! The engine bay has been restored in the matching color, and looks really nice. New aluminum belt line Ranger trim has been installed, along with new polished aluminum grille trim. All new lenses, bezels and seals also installed.

The original factory 302 engine has just been rebuilt, and everything around it is now brand new. The C-4 automatic transmission & factory automatic steering column have been being rebuilt. The engine bay is very straight, and 100% rust free. The core support is perfect, which tells us it's never been hit. It has a factory rebuilt C-4 automatic transmission that shifts great, with 6 turn power steering and the shifter on the column. It has a Dana 44 open front axle and a Ford 9" open diff in the rear. Brand new power disc brakes in front & rear just installed. A new 12 gallon front tank, a new 23 gallon rear fuel tank and all new fuel lines & brake lines have also be installed to insure completely proper fuel system & brake system functionality.

After the paint process was completed, a black Linex interior Bed Liner was carefully applied. It just got new stock vinyl Bronco seats, and new matching RR pleated vinyl door panels & new rear side panels.

New black loop carpet mats also installed, along with a new black locking center console, locking Tuffy glove box, with new Alpine IPOD CD stereo system with 2 speakers set into the rear side panels with a new factory chrome antenna. The dash and all it's pulls & bezels were restored back to factory, and an original AM radio & speaker was just installed. The steering column just got a new turn signal switch, new wiring, and new factory steering wheel & horn ring. It also has a near perfect dash pad.

The front chrome bumper has been replaced with a new chrome bumper & bumperettes. We changed the rear bumper to a new chrome rear bumper, and add a match-painted factory spare tire carrier & matching spare. It currently has a 2.5" lift and new Rancho 9000 shocks with original wheels and some slightly over-sized BFG 30x9.50x15 All Terrain tires. Also, the old Rancho coil springs have been replaced with new Variable Rate coil springs for a better ride. A black 4 point Smittybilt roll bar has also been installed, the stock wheels painted white (off vehicle) and new stock hub caps just installed.

We finished all of the pain staking detail in & out, check out the latest progress photos! This restoration took us about 5 months from start to finish.
