1968 Boxwood Green Bronco

Ford Bronco Details

This Bronco just got painted with Boxwood Green PPG 2 stage paint with high quality clear coat, it has a 90% new body with new door pillars and striker posts, new windshield frame, new fenders, new tailgate, and new doors, almost everything on this body is brand new. It has new 17 x 7 inch Smooth Retro wheels with new BFG 285/70R17 tires, new Bilstein shocks, new James Duff extended radius arms, all new 2.5 inch suspension. It’s going to get a new Tuffy locking center console with a new Alpine stereo system with 6 FoCal speakers throughout the cab, plus a new digital amplifier and (2) 8 inch subwoofers flush mounted in the rear side panels.

The 1968 rust-free Ford Bronco we are currently in the process of building has a totally gone through Gen 2 Coyote engine with a 6R80 six-speed automatic transmission with all new internal parts with a 12K mile / 1 year warranty, a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case with billet dress up kit, a new 4 turn rebuilt Lee factory power steering system, and a new Hydroboost brake system. It has a rebuilt Dana 44 front axle with 4.11 gears and disc brakes, with new drum brakes in back, 2 new Spicer drive shafts. It has brand new extended radius arm suspension which will provide an exceptional ride, with a soft riding 2.5″ suspension lift and a 2″ body lift to accommodate the Coyote engine set up.

It has a new Legend dash with Vintage Air system, with 4 A/C vents flush mounted in the dash, new headlight and wiper switches and bezels, a Tuffy locking glove box, a new custom Rocky Roads wire harness (which is based on a Centek wire harness, only better with wires pre-made for side steps, LED lights, a back up camera, LED reverse lights, rock lights in the wheel wells and more).

It is currently uncut with no rust anywhere, with perfect factory floor pans and a perfect body with no Bondo. We could still cut the fenders and install a set of match painted fender flares if you’d like it to be “cut and flared” or we can just keep it uncut.

There are still a few interior options still available to the buyer: 1) Ball Glove Amber Glow Vintage Distressed pleated leather seats and interior panels. 2) Diamond stitch double stitch Vintage Distressed Leather seats and interior paneling, or 3) Stock Parchment pleated vinyl seating and interior paneling.

You can either have factory seats or Legend reclining high back seats in front with a stock or a folding rear seat that matches perfectly in the back, plus a set of matching interior paneling (door, rear side and tailgate paneling). It will also have new snap-in carpeted floor mats with leather inserts, plus a RRB Legend 6 point family roll cage with black padding and wrapping, mounted with all grade 8 hardware. The best stainless steel hardware money can buy is being installed throughout the build.

*** Changes can still be made to make this Bronco less expensive or more expensive, so please contact us and let us know your budget and which features are most important to you. If you call, we can fill you in on the optional items not yet installed on this Bronco that could still be installed with the p[roper budget. This Bronco is scheduled to be completed by Mid-Summer of 2021.

Price estimated at $175K all in

***** IF we change to a Blueprint crate 306 engine (with 367 HP) plus a 4R70W automatic transmission with a Dana 20 rebuilt transfer case with billet dress up kit and heavy duty output shaft, the price will be $169,950. We can get it done faster with this driveline option, we already have all of the parts to install this driveline, whereas some of the parts to install the 6R80 are on back order until July 2021.
