Bronco Details

This 1969 rust-free California Bronco has a perfect rust free body and a perfectly straight frame. We recently decided to make this one a body off / frame off restoration. The body is currently at the paint shop, the chassis was just sand blasted and powder coated. All new West Coast Broncos 2.5″ Long Travel front suspension, plus dual shocked rear suspension (plus all new steering parts) were installed. This Bronco is going to be brand new both inside and out.

This Bronco comes with a Hawaii Racing Ford Crate 408 Stroker engine with 400HP and over 420LBS of torque, new 2.5″ custom steel dual exhaust system, new aluminum radiator, (with less than 150 test miles on everything) a NV4500 5 speed manual transmission with a new Centerforce clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing, plus a re-sealed Dana 20 transfer case. It has rebuilt power steering, and we’re installing all new front disc brakes, plus a Hydro boost brake system. All brake lines have been replaced. New Vintage Air system with in-dash vents.

The Bronco just got a new paint job in Cool Blue, with a new black Rampage soft top. A new CA title and a brand new Marti vehicle history report was just received, so we know it’s history and all of the features it had from the factory.

The body was s completely separated from the chassis. The engine bay and inner fenders have been match painted, and the under side has been under coated. It has a new Linex (Polyuria) black bed liner. It has a new 23 gallon fuel tank, with all new fuel lines.

Here’s what else is being done:

Marti Report, including brand new window sticker describing everything this Bronco came with from the factory, new VIN plate inside of glove box, and new VIN sticker inside drivers side door, fresh CA title and current registration.

Bodywork and 2 stage “Cool Blue” non metallic paint work, including the engine bay. New sheet metal in wheel wells, new inner fender aprons, new kick panels, fresh undercoating under the body. Original rust-free Bronco floor pans, never had any rust!

Stainless steel lift-off door hinges, properly align doors after paint process, new door safety straps and lower door seals

All new Bronco Sport side emblems, plus FORD grille lettering and new alum. grille trim

New chrome head light and tail lamp bezels

New chrome LED head lights

Powder coat black all new Long Travel suspension and steering parts

Match-paint dash and fender flares

Powder coated chassis with new Pro Comp shocks

New WCB steering linkages, all new or rebuilt steering components

Rebuild front/rear axles, install 4.11 gearing in both axles, plus new axle seals

New Vintage A/C system installed in-dash

New custom built 4 point roll cage

New Almond Spice Legend high back seats with retractable front and rear belts

Matching stock rear seat w/ Bronco seat pattern

RR matching pleated vinyl door, rear side and tailgate paneling

New black armrests, door cups, window anti-rattle kit, new chrome wing windows

All new inner door parts including regulators, latches and hardware

New windshield and seal

All new door and tailgate seals and new rubber throughout

New black Polyuria (Linex) interior bed liner in black

RR snap-in carpet floor mats in front, rear and behind rear seat

New black Tuffy center console with Alpine CD stereo system in console (or in-dash)

New black Tuffy locking glove box

New body harness, all new electrical, new black face VHX-66F-BRO Dakota Digital speedometer

Your choice of Grant GT steering wheel or wood grain steering wheel

New sound system with Alpine bluetooth head unit (mounted in center console)
