This 1977 Classic Ford Bronco is being restored for a client in Aspen Colorado right now, but if you like the way this one is coming out, we can build you one like this one. This is one of the highest quality Broncos we have built to date. It’s almost done.

This ’77 has always been in the desert and it’s 100% rust-free. We fixed some minor rust it had before we started the Rocky Roads Restoration process. This Bronco was completely torn down to the frame, and it’s frame off restoration is nearing completion. The frame was sand blasted & powder coated, dual shock hoops were welded on in front, with single shock mounts in back. The body just got all new British Racing Green 2 stage paint work, a RR Cowl Induction fiberglass hood with hood struts, plus color sanding and polishing.

We gave this Bronco a 400 hp (over 420LBS of torque) fuel injected 351 Windsor w/BC Broncos serpentine system & all polished aluminum front-engine components, new external engine parts & hardware, along with a new aluminum radiator & high quality cooling system, a new four-speed automatic 4R70W with wide ratio kit, Atlas 2 transfer case, 4 wheel disc brakes with hydroboost, rebuilt Dana 44 front axle with limited slip, Ford 9″ rear axle with Soft Locker and 4.56 gearing.

The suspension has new 2.5″ Bilstein double shocked front suspension with variable rate front coil springs, new 7 degree “C” bushings, new radius arm bushings, new track bar bushings, all new steering linkages, new 11 leaf springs in the back, all new body mounts, 1″ body lift, new shackle bushings, etc. It also received a new 4 turn power steering system.

It got 4 new match painted fender flares with rubber backings, new ceramic exhaust, new 23 gallon fuel tank & all new fuel system, all new brake lines, stainless steel & grade 8 hardware throughout, all new RR Legend interior including black Legend high back bucket seats, new Rocky Roads Sport interior paneling, new front and rear retractable seat belts, a new Linex interior bed liner, snap in floor mats, Legend six-point family roll cage powder coated black.

It received a new in-dash mounted Alpine top-of-the-line 600 W sound system with component JL Audio speakers flush mounted in rear side paneling, RR 12″ Alpine sub woofer system under factory rear seat,new HID head lights, Fuel Hostage 17×9″ black aluminum wheels with 305/65R17 BFG All Terrain tires, black powder coated Legend front bumper with push bar, Warn 8000LB winch and Baja Designs flush mounted LED lights in bumper, matching Rock Soild rear & rear bumper with swing out tire carrier with matching spare, Baja Designs LED reverse lighting flush mounted in rear bumper, plus a freshly match-painted Legend dash, all new billet aluminum dash components, with a rebuilt stock speedometer unit and a Tuffy locking glove box.
