This Bronco is one of the best Broncos we have built in many years. Everything that has been done on this Bronco has been done correctly.
The engine is a CRATE 342 Ford Stroker with aluminum heads & Edlebrock Gen II Pro-Flo EFI Electronic Fuel Injection system makes over 320+ HP with TONS of torque… The Best of the Best of everything is on this motor! Less than 10,000 miles are documented on this restoration. It has a serpentine belt system with March polished aluminum pulleys & chrome brackets, 30LB fuel injectors, MSD electronic ignition system, MSD Blaster SS coil, MSD Billet distributor, Power master hi-torque starter, new battery cables, custom billet bronco battery hold down bracket, Power master 140 amp polished aluminum ‘one wire’ alternator, rebuilt Howe power steering box with high volume pump & remote reservoir cooler, professionally installed Painless wiring harness, Optima blue-top deep cycle battery, Ron Davis aluminum radiator, RD Full Circle radiator shroud, Side Winder 2400 CFM electric fan run to a toggle switch under the dash, custom plug wires, custom 2 1/4″ dual exhaust system that sounds GREAT!
Dyno tested rebuilt C-4 automatic transmission with Art Carr shifter, 10″ F-21 custom torque converter, 8′ shifter cable, heavy duty overhaul kit, deep aluminum oil pan kit, street/strip shift kit, 5 clutch gear pack, low/reverse sprag, all new clutches, seals, gaskets, o-rings, bushings, red lined rigid band, M7B external trans cooler w/stainless lines, custom billet steering column covers with a new Grant GT steering wheel.
Basically the Best C-4 transmission & shifter system money can buy. New Flaming River polished billet aluminum tilt steering column with custom shift rod & shift linkage, Grant steering wheel adapter, custom Grant ‘Bronco’ steering wheel with polished bezel, rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case. Newer 23 gallon custom Northwest Metal Products EFI fuel tank with new stainless steel fuel lines down entire body. Custom mounted pre-runner side mirrors allow you to see who is coming up behind or on the side of you.
Rebuilt Ford 9″ Big Bearing rear end with recent 4.56 gearing and Detroit Locker, 31 spline axles, top of the line Wilwood rear disc brake system, HD axle skid plate, Dana 44 front axle with 4.56 gears and 30 spline axles, HD axle skid plate, Ford front disc brakes, (2) new King 2.5″ front 14″ shocks in front, (4) new Explorer rear shocks, West Coast Broncos long travel extended radius arms & rear shock mounting systems, Tom Woods custom front & rear drive shafts, custom fabricated front King shock mounts, stainless steel braided axle to frame brake lines, most of the precision fabrication work was done over a 4 year period at a local Central Valley Fab shop.
Professionally mounted Wild Horses trac bar raiser bracket, WCB Stone crusher Tie Rod & drag link with heim joints, newer master cylinder, disc to disc proportioning valve, 8 pc. poly “C” bushing set, 4.5″ suspension lift with 11 leaf BC Broncos spring packs & custom shackle bushings in back, newer Variable rate coils in front with 4.5″ bump stops. All new front and rear ball joints & Wilwood E-brake cables. Set of (5) 15×10 American Eagle aluminum wheels w/ 33×12.50×15 BFG Mud Terrain KO tires, all of which have barely 1000 miles on them.
Matching white Linex interior bed liner has been professionally installed in the matching color so you can hose it out when you need to. Also, just added a spot on ’68 Vintage black Bronco mat floor in front to give it even more of a stock feel inside of the cab.
Professionally installed black Leather restored ‘stock’ Bronco seats front and back, with brand new 3 point shoulder safety belts front & back. New black pleaded vinyl door panels, rear side panels, and tailgate paneling. New snap-in-and-out carpet mats front and back, newer armrests, door cups and inner door pulls, Rocky Roads Cowl induction fiberglass hood with hydraulic hood struts just installed, plus a new black locking center console with dual drink holders.
Custom fabricated powder coated 8 point full cage roll bar, custom extended bikini top, shaved doors with removable door hinges and newer safety straps, recent Ford YZ White stage 2 paint job, Custom match painted James Duff 1/4″ steel rocker panel guards with side tubes, white rear fender flares, NEW match painted Rocky Roads front bumper with newer Warn 9500LB remote controlled winch, two small black KC lights, new stainless roller fair lead and a set of chrome tow hooks.
New Rocky Roads match painted rear bumper with swing out tire carrier and matching spare, Dakota digital cluster (blue) new heater shut off valve with working rebuilt heater system. Dash has a small stainless storage compartment in the center of the dash where you can put your wallet, phone, etc. Working lighter plug & lighter.
Replaced steel Bronco door pillars, professional sheet metal repairs throughout engine bay and inner fenders (all metal on this truck is rust free) pressure washed undercarriage, wire brush prepped throughout underside, new undercoating, undercarriage “black out” & full black & white engine bay restoration, After all of this work, it is basically a Frame Off now… Also added new BILLET aluminum headlight rings & tail light bezels. This Bronco is one of the best EB Restorations we have ever participated in building. Also included is a tan canvas car cover!
This Bronco has been lifted a total of 4.5 inches. We adjusted the front 14″ King shocks down by 1 inch of ride height, and in the back, we installed a pair of new custom RR shackles to bring the rear down one inch. Also, a new Tuffy locking under seat console was just installed on the passenger side for additional storage.
UPDATE: Sound system just installed including new JBL CD stereo system blue-tooth & USB port for IPod, sub box mounted behind rear seat with two 10″ Kicker CVR sub-whoofers, JL Audio 100X4, JL Audio 1000W sub amp, 6 speakers. Boston Acoustics 6×9’s sunk into rear side panels, JL Audio 5.25″ C5 series component speakers with cross-overs in the doors.
