1974 Frame-off restored Boxwood Green Bronco

This Boxwood Green ’72 Pioneer Class Bronco is our most recent frame off restoration. It has a new licensed Ford Bronco body with high quality PPG paint. The engine compartment and the entire underside have been coated in Polyurea. It has a rebuilt fuel-injected 5.0-liter Cobra 302 roller engine with AFR aluminum heads, a new serpentine system, a new cooling system and a new Flowmaster dual exhaust system. It has 4 turn power steering, Hydroboost hydraulic power disc brakes, and a rebuilt 4-speed automatic transmission with a 24-month warranty. It has a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case with a billet dress-up kit, new shift rails, new bearings and seals and twin-stick 4×4 shifters. It has a rebuilt Dana 44 front axle with all new internals, plus a matching rebuilt factory Ford 9-inch with new 3.50 gears. It has a new 2.5-inch soft ride suspension system for the smoothest ride possible.

It has a new Painless body wire harness, a new Fuel Injection wire harness, new LED headlamps, a new Tuffy locking center console and Tuffy locking glove box. It has new light buckets, new lenses and bezels, new outer door handles, new door linkages, new inner door handles, new black armrests, new billet door cups, plus all new stainless steel and grade 8 hardware throughout the build.

It has a new Wimbledon White Legend dashboard and a new in-dash Vintage Air system with billet A/C vents, a new Classic Instruments white face digital speedometer, new speedometer cable, new billet defrost louvers, new wiper and headlamp switches with matching bezels and all new dash components.

It has new pleated distressed ball glove leather high back front seats, a matching rear seat, matching pleated leather door panels, rear side panels and tailgate panel. The new front seats slide back and forth on tracks and recline. A new powder-coated black Legend 6-point cage has been installed with retractable front and rear seat belts and new matching leather roll cage padding and wrapping, plus a new set of adjustable tinted Learjet sun visors. This Bronco comes with new Wimbledon White 17 x 8 OEM style Smoothie wheels with 305/65R17 all-terrain tires. We can also install dog dish hub caps if you choose (like in the pictures). Let us know before delivery and we can make that happen.

It now has a new Bluetooth sound system including new Kenwood Bluetooth head unit housed in the center console, plus a pair of Focal K-2 Power 6.5-inch Coaxial speakers flush mounted into the rear quarter panels.

The estimated time of completion has been revised to April or May of 2024. There will be a new black Safari top included; you can take delivery with either the soft top or the Safari top on.
